Restaurant chain Wendy's has revealed plans to open 50 branches across the 海角视频 next year, following the launch of its first 海角视频 destinations this year.
Wendy鈥檚 opened its doors in the United Kingdom this summer, arriving in Reading, followed by restaurant openings in Stratford, Oxford and Croydon, and Romford.
Wendy鈥檚 has also opened five delivery kitchens for a total of 10 restaurants this year, expanding access to even more brand fans.
Today, the company has announced plans to build on its successful return by seeking new franchise partners across Britain and opening up to 50 restaurants in 2022.
Abigail Pringle, Wendy鈥檚 President, International and Chief Development Officer said, 鈥淲e set a goal to enter the United Kingdom this year with five Company owned and operated restaurants, and we鈥檝e delivered.

Now, it鈥檚 time to hit the accelerator to bring more Wendy鈥檚 to more British customers across the country.鈥
Wendy鈥檚 plans to serve its famous square burgers to customers through a variety of channels, including traditional restaurants, drive-thrus and delivery kitchens 鈥 offering customers more access to the Baconator, Dave鈥檚 Single and Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
The Company is actively engaging in discussions with franchise partners to rapidly grow and scale its brand presence in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Of the new locations planned for 2022, Wendy鈥檚 will open in new areas outside of greater London, such as Brighton, followed by the Midlands as the business lays the foundation for growth over the next decade.
