Chris Robertson, chief executive of Creditsafe º£½ÇÊÓƵ and Ireland, commented: "This festival is a small token of my appreciation for my team, who have recently moved from our Caerphilly office to Cardiff Gate.
"Each year, we organise an event to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our staff, and this year we wanted to do something a little different by creating our own three-day festival experience.", reports Business Live.
Previously, the business has treated its entire workforce to an all-expenses-paid holiday to Alcudia and organised celebrations across all its international offices to commemorate its 25th anniversary.
Mr Robertson continued: "Cash bonuses or gifts are nice in the moment, but I believe there's no better way to show my appreciation than by giving my employees a unique experience that money can't buy and memories that last.
"I'm proud that we have such a happy team, with 97% staff retention. Our success simply wouldn't be possible without happy people."
