A London-based hospitality group is opening a restaurant and event space in the centre of Bristol.
D&D London has struck a deal with property giant Hammerson, which owns Cabot Circus, to open a 13,000 sq ft venue in Quakers Friars.
It will replace Raymond Blanc鈥檚 Brasserie Blanc and will be the group鈥檚 first restaurant in the South West.
The venue is set to open in early 2020 and will include a restaurant and bars in the 18th-century, listed Friary Building as well as an extensive private dining area and large outdoor terrace.

This will be D&D鈥檚 second venture with Hammerson following the openings of Issho and East 59th at Victoria Gate, in Leeds in 2017.

D&D London owns and operates 42 restaurants and an award-winning hotel, and was founded by Mr Gunewardena and David Loewi in 2006.
