海角视频 workplace and property management business Bellrock has been sold to a company connected to private investment advisory firm Sun European Partners.

Sun European said one of its affiliates had bought the Leicester-based property management firm for an undisclosed sum.

Bellrock is a big 海角视频 provider of property services with more than 1,000 property and facilities staff based at 75 sites across the 海角视频 working on behalf of its clients.

It works with more than 2,000 carefully selected supply chain partners.

Sun European said Bellrock鈥檚 revenues had quadrupled to more than 拢160 million over the past eight years, partly through the acquisition of 11 add-on companies.

The acquisitions, it said, had deepened its 鈥渢echnology offering in addition to building scale, depth in new sectors and geographic reach鈥.

It said: 鈥淭his transformation is underpinned by decades of experience and continuous investment in its technology platform Concerto, putting Bellrock in a strong position to capitalise on estate digitisation and future trends in the facilities management and property markets.鈥

Sun European Partners said that since 1995 its affiliates had invested in more than 425 companies worldwide with revenues of more than 鈧40 billion across a broad range of industries and transaction structures, including business services, consumer, healthcare, industrial and tech.
