Professional services firm EY has announced the creation of 91 new jobs in Northern Ireland as part of an island-wide hiring spree.
The firm said it is hiring a total of 816 positions split across audit, tax, corporate finance, technology, analytics, cyber security, law, economics and sustainability.
Once in place, the new hires will take the firm鈥檚 headcount on the island of Ireland to 4,200.
Over 600 of the jobs will be based at EY's Dublin headquarters while the remainder will be spread across its Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford offices, as well as the 91 in Northern Ireland.
EY said 414 of the experienced hire roles will be filled by the end of the firm鈥檚 financial year in June 2022 while a further 402 will be filled by university graduates from this autumn.
The firm said the hiring spree is the result of growth across its business 鈥渨hich has necessitated a greater demand for talent across a diverse range of skillsets and specialisms鈥.

Of the 91 Northern Ireland positions, 56 will be experienced hires and 35 will be graduate positions.
