A Hull-based performance and management consultancy has added a leading educational resources supplier to its clientbase.

Findel is to place an initial 50 employees on a skills development programme with Trans2 Performance. The company already works with Amazon, GlobalData, Siemens Gamesa and Hull University Teaching Hospitals, while a win with Ineos Grenadiers cycling team grabbed headlines ahead of the 2022 race season.

The investment in T2鈥檚 training initiatives includes immersive in-person sessions which are specially developed to be aligned with the business鈥 current priorities, while access to an online learning hub designed to promote personal development is to be rolled out to all 300 employees, with head office in Hyde, Cheshire and product and distribution centre in Nottingham.

Findel has also invested in the consultancy鈥檚 psychometric testing tools, which produce highly detailed behavioural insights into each employee鈥檚 characteristics on how best they operate in the workplace.

Findel鈥檚 origins as an educational resources supplier can be traced back to 1817. Today, its brands and websites offer more than 32,000 products to educators and parents based in the 海角视频 and overseas with the business exporting to 130 countries.

Findel鈥檚 human resources director, Gary McDowell, said: 鈥淲e understand the importance of training and development, and see it as much more than just a box-ticking exercise.
