Myenergi co-founder Jordan Brompton has been named Great British Entrepreneur of the Year.

The sales and marketing force behind the suite of eco-tech products manufactured in Grimsby took the top title as the prestigious event marked a decade of recognising top business talent.

The overall winner accolade followed success in the Scale-Up Entrepreneur of the Year category with the Stallingborough-headquartered business recognised as one of the fastest growing enterprises in the º£½ÇÊÓƵ. Backed by major city names, it has gone from her and chief executive Lee Sutton in a small office in Binbrook to an international team of more than 400, with turnover recently passing £50 million.
