A commercial refurbishment firm has expanded its operations into the West Country. Inco Contracts, which has offices in the North West, South East and West Midlands, has appointed construction specialist Adam Bidhendy as regional director for the area.
He will be responsible for expanding the firm鈥檚 footprint in Bristol, Swindon, Exeter and Plymouth by building a team and supply chain to serve local education, commercial, healthcare and industrial clients, the firm said.
More than 拢160,000 has been put aside to identify and open an office, with three locations being considered.
Mr Bidhendy, who previously worked for Kier Group, Bridgeport 360 and Lancer Scott, said: 鈥淭here is so much potential in this region and we are already starting to see that with 拢3m of dilapidation works tendered for and formal instructions set to be agreed on industrial refurbishment schemes in Swindon.
鈥淭his is just the tip of the iceberg. We want to take the DNA of Inco that has worked so well across other parts of the 海角视频 and drop it into the South West. First step is having our own dedicated office and then we鈥檒l build a team of site managers, contract managers and admin staff, whilst at the same time forging a local supply chain that shares our values.鈥
Inco Contracts is a specialist in industrial and commercial refurbishment schemes across the 海角视频, completing hundreds of projects every year. These involve the company working alongside architects, designers, and landlords to bring warehouse, educational establishments and office space back to life or to the required modern-day standards.
Mr Bidhendy added: 鈥淚 firmly believe this region could be completing projects worth in excess of 拢8m in our first twelve months and hopefully my 15 years鈥 experience and contacts in this patch will facilitate that.鈥
Inco Contracts said its turnover for the current financial year is on track to hit 拢40m 鈥 a 拢4m boost on this time last year.
