WestSpring IT, a growing provider of IT support services globally has signed a 10-year lease agreement for 6,560 sq ft of office space at 200 Aztec West in Bristol.

200 Aztec West is a Grade II-listed office property, providing 45,190 sq ft of modern, Grade A office space at Aztec West, Bristol’s premier business park. The property comprises two high-profile office buildings positioned at the gateway of the park. Two landscaped courtyards provide tenants with outside amenity area.

Regional investor Hillview Real Estate handled the agreement. It is the second letting the firm has completed this year at the Bristol space. Letting agents JLL and Hartnell Taylor Cook will be handling the allocation of the final three spaces.
