Deichmann is taking a lease on a 163,500 sq ft purpose-built warehouse, with offices, in Northamptonshire.
The shoe chain, which is Europe鈥檚 biggest footwear retailer, has taken the unit at the Centrix Business Park, in Corby 鈥 a few miles to the east of its 海角视频 headquarters in Market Harborough.
It has struck the deal with its new 海角视频 distribution facility the site owners and developers, Clowes Developments.
Deichmann director Chris Holden said: 鈥淲e are continuing to expand our presence in the 海角视频 both online and opening new high street stores.
鈥淭his development will enhance that expansion and enable us to improve service levels across the business.
鈥淲e believe Corby is a great location for our 海角视频 warehouse, being close to the centre of our store network and providing a skilled workforce for logistics operations.鈥
The 39 acre business park forms part of Corby鈥檚 new regeneration framework and offers 鈥渂uilt to suit鈥 industrial and warehouse opportunities.
The commercial lease agreement marks significant inward investment for the area.
The retailer will retain its head office in south Leicestershire, positioning itself strategically to benefit from excellent location and direct access to major 海角视频 transport networks.

Property agent Budworth Hardcastle acted for Deichmann in negotiating the acquisition and has been retained in a project monitoring role and to manage the fit-out.
A spokeswoman for Clowes said: 鈥淭he two plots located opposite Deichmann have serious interest from occupiers and investors alike with announcements due in the coming weeks.鈥
