Global professional services firm Accenture has added to its portfolio of º£½ÇÊÓÆµ offices by launching a new base in Birmingham.

The firm, which specialises in information technology and management consulting, has taken 9,000 sq ft of workspace in Cornerblock, Cornwall Street.

The deal has taken the building to 97 per cent occupied following this and other recent lettings including to health promotion firm ToHealth, renewable energy provider Bryt and accountancy firm PKF Smith Cooper.

Property agencies Savills and CBRE acted on the lease deal.
