"The office spaces we were shown (in Northspring) were perfect for our needs and all of the additional features of the building just made it the right choice for us.

"We looked at numerous offices in the city centre and wider Birmingham area and looked in our current building."

Property consultancy CBRE is joint agency for the building with Lambert Smith Hampton.

Graduate surveyor Luke Nowacki said: "Redbrain is a major success story in the digital commerce world and it's great to see them invest in space that will allow them to grow and attract the best talent. We've seen a great response to the building this year."

Northspring was previously known as 31 Temple Street and was the home of law firm Irwin Mitchell for many years until it relocated to The Colmore Building in 2020.

It has since undergone a renovation programme so it now has a business lounge called The Club, a 13-seat screening room, podcast studio, communal workspace for hotdesking, fitness facilities and changing rooms and a roof terrace.

The building is part of the Northspring portfolio, with properties across the º£½ÇÊÓƵ including Manchester and Leeds, with tenants allowed to work in other sites across the group.
