Small independent retailers will get the opportunity to operate from a prime city centre location as they look to launch their businesses.
Trinity Leeds is pioneering a national retail initiative which offers small retailers space in Leeds city centre, with leases available from just one day up to three years.
The shopping centre鈥檚 parent company, Landsec, is launching four new leasing packages in Leeds city centre 鈥 Platform, Platform+, Home and Spotlight 鈥 which will be rolled out to other centres this year.

Independent businesses Curated Makers and Kick Game have already successfully trailed the Platform concept at Trinity Leeds which offers spaces ready for a quick bespoke fit out on three to 18-month lease terms.
Megan Jones, founder at Curated Makers, said: 鈥淭he Platform package has been a real game-changer for Curated Makers. It鈥檚 given us both flexibility and prime space in a busy, central location 鈥 a luxury many independents don鈥檛 get to enjoy this early on.
