A Lancashire pub chain that specialises in saving community sites is making its first move into North Wales.
Imagine Inns operates at four locations in the North West of England - in some cases transforming sites and their fortunes.
Now it has agreed a deal for historic Tal-y-Cafn pub in the Conwy Valley in North Wales.
The pub underwent a 拢1m in 2016 after it was bought from Punch Taverns by EPM-海角视频, run by Bill Edwards, after its closure in 2010.
But it closed last November.
Now Imagine Inns plans to reopen the site as soon as possible and has already starting recruiting.
The chain's name comes from boss Michael Hales looking at sites and imagining what he can do with them.

Mr Hales said: 鈥淲e鈥檙e just at the final stage of the sale. We鈥檙e super proud to have found this gem and expanding our operation into North Wales.
鈥淲e specialise and are committed to bringing communities' pubs and restaurants back to life.
"We want to reopen the site as soon as possible and are already advertising for jobs.鈥
Mr Edwards said he was pleased his family would leave this lasting legacy in the Conwy Valley after saving the pub back in 2016.
