A couple who transformed a guest house in Llandudno and saw turnover more than double now want to take on a bigger hotel project.

Stephen Bradford and Eniko Polczman bought Cadnant Guest House in the centre of the seaside resort in 2018. They redeveloped the site and saw turnover double to £60,000 in the first year and then rise to £78,000.

Now the couple want to make their next step by taking on a larger hotel project.

This has seen them instruct Blacks Business Brokers to market the seven bedroom Cadnant Guest House - which dates back to 1891 - with an asking price of £380,000.

Ms Polczman also has more than a decade’s experience in the hotels sector.

After taking over Cadnant Guest House the pair embarked on a comprehensive redevelopment, bringing the property up to modern electrical and plumbing standards as well as reconfiguring the ground floor and owner’s apartment.
