Mark Carnaghan, managing director, was joined by his group technical and quality director, senior group microbiologist and chemist in discussions at Grimsby Enterprise Village.

As reported, the university is spearheading a 海角视频 Food Valley Pilot, with more than 拢400,000 of funding secured for the sector.
It will be used to test an innovative support programme to develop the industry鈥檚 skills, innovation capacity and ability to attract new talent, 鈥渉elping to ensure the position of Grimsby鈥檚 seafood cluster as a global hub鈥.
Testing capacity was enhanced in Grimsby significantly after the business that has served the industry for more than a quarter of a century was acquired from Exova in 2016 by the market leader. For a long time it was known as Allied Labs, prior to the original buy-out in 2008.
