National law firm TLT appoints former KPMG head of strategy

The Bristol-headquartered firm said the appointment is "an important" step in its growth plans

Law firm TLT has announced the appointment of a new non-executive director.

The Bristol-headquartered firm has appointed strategy and change consultant Rebecca Shalom to the role to support on the delivery of its growth strategy.

Ms Shalom has over 30 years' experience leading and advising leadership teams on strategy. She joins TLT from KPMG where she held senior leadership roles within different lines of business and professions. This included six years as head of strategy for KPMG’s global firm, during which she was a member of KPMG’s global management team.

In her role at TLT, Ms Shalom will work closely with managing partner John Wood and the executive board supporting on delivering its strategic vision, centred on transforming the way the firm delivers for clients, driving sustainable financial growth and delivering a progressive workplace agenda, with market leading sustainability.
