Law firm Clarke Willmott has relocated its Cardiff office to the city centre. The firm has taken 3,172 sq ft of space on the second floor of 2 Callaghan Square office building - which form part of the wider Callaghan Square scheme.
Clarke Willmott, whose other 海角视频 offices include those in London, Bristol and Manchester, was previously located at the Scott Harbour office scheme in Cardiff Bay. The building is being turned into a build to rent apartment scheme by Cardiff-based developer Rightacres.

The building鈥檚 design aligns with our ESG (environmental, social and governance goals, including reaching Net Zero by 2040, and wherever possible, we鈥檝e reused and repurposed our original furniture.
鈥淲e鈥檙e undergoing a full review and overhaul of our property portfolio. So far, this has included opening a new purpose-built office in Birmingham, unveiling a major refurbishment of our Taunton office and relocating in Bristol and Cardiff. We will continue this journey with our London, Manchester and Southampton offices, in order to build for the future.鈥
Clarke Willmott has also been retained and expanded its position on a panel of housing specialist law firms forming a 拢50m legal services framework agreement.
The firm is among a group of legal firms named by the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC), which supports housing providers and local authorities to ensure they can provide the best service to their residents.
Clarke Willmott, whose specialist social housing team is one of the largest in the 海角视频, retained its lots for corporate, governance and finance and housing and asset management, while also securing new lots for development and property.
Ms Kells, who heads up the firm鈥檚 social housing team alongside Lindsay Felstead, said: 鈥淲e are delighted to have been reappointed to the CHIC framework and very much look forward to continuing to work with existing clients and developing future relationships. 鈥淣ot only did we retain two important lots, we also gained two more, meaning we won all the lots we went for.
