Dains to move Birmingham office to Paradise

Lease deal with Midlands accountancy firm completes lettings of office space at Two Chamberlain Square

An office block on Birmingham's £1.2 billion Paradise project is fully let after a final deal was secured with accountancy firm Dains.

The practice, whose Birmingham team is currently based in 15 Colmore Row, has signed a lease for the final 12,147 sq ft of space on the third floor of Two Chamberlain Square.

The second building to be completed at Paradise, Two Chamberlain Square is already home to a range of professional services firms including DLA Piper, Atkins Realis, Mazars and Knights.

Dains, which is headquartered in Lichfield, is one of the fastest growing firms of accountants in the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ and has tripled in size over the past two years.

It now employs more than 650 people across eight offices in the Midlands and is due to move into its new Birmingham base in April.

Chief executive Richard McNeilly said: "This is a significant move for Dains because it underlines our commitment to our people and provides them with the very best work environment in terms of location, connectivity and sustainability.

"It also demonstrates our investment in Birmingham and the work we carry out here."
