A Birmingham law firm has expanded by acquiring a historic Black Country rival.
NBB Law, which also has a base in London, has bought out Waldrons Solicitors in an undisclosed deal.
The newly enlarged group has more than 130 staff including 70 lawyers across eight offices in England and an income of £8.5 million.
In a joint statement, NBB Law managing director Rob Bhol and senior partner Paul Nicholls said: "This is a defining moment in our firm's history.

Waldrons Solicitors was founded in Brierley Hill in 1867 by William Waldron where he practiced in the High Street from offices by the old police station.
It now has Black Country bases in Dudley, Kingswinford, Merry Hill and Walsall alongside offices in Cheltenham and Worcester.
Ampersand Legal, Dean Legal and HCR all acted on the deal.
