An independent Dorset accountancy firm has been acquired by 海角视频 accountancy and business advisory group Azets for an undisclosed sum.
Poole-based Inspire Accountants was established in 2004 by Warren Munson and has an office on Commercial Road. The firm employs 30 staff and provides services to around 1,000 clients across Bournemouth, Poole and the wider Solent region.
All 30 staff members, including three partners, will transfer over to Azets as part of the deal.
It is the second 海角视频 acquisition in three months for Azets and takes its regional network to 86 offices across. The firm said Inspire鈥檚 clients would 鈥渂enefit鈥 from its current and future investment in technology as well as access to more specialist advisory services such as banking and finance, data analytics, cyber security, forensics and restructuring.
