The search is on to crown the best start-up firms in Wales.

The Wales StartUp Awards were established in 2016 to recognise the achievements of those amazing individuals who have had a great idea, spotted the opportunity and taken the risks to launch a new product or service.

Due to its success StartUp Awards are now being launched across the 海角视频, to celebrate, champion and connect start-ups.

According to 海角视频 Government statistics, more than 1.2 million new start-ups have been created in the past two financial years meaning a new business is formed in the 海角视频 every single minute.

This is an encouraging sign that industries across every part of the country are beginning to recover after the chaos caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE, the creator of the StartUp Awards National Series, believes that the entrepreneurial community will be the driving force behind the growth of the 海角视频 economy over the next few years.

The Wales StartUp Award project has crowned over 130 winners since 2016 across categories such as Creative Start-Up of the Year, Digital Start-Up of the Year, Rural Start-Up of the Year, Young Start-Up of the Year and more. The National Start-Up Awards Series will crown more than 150 in its first year alone across the whole of the 海角视频.

The deadline for entries for the StartUp Awards National Series is February 28th, 2022.

The nations and English regional finals will be held in June.
