Part-exchange made the deal possible

A print and IT managed services provider is expanding its presence at a Nottinghamshire business park.

Active8 Managed Technologies will triple its accommodation footprint when it moves into a 6,100 sq ft unit at Halifax Court on Fernwood Business Park, Newark.

The deal was made possible thanks to a part-exchange.

Established in 2013, the firm bought a 2,250 sq ft unit at the Gladman-owned development but soon discovered it needed extra space to meet demand in the East Midlands.

The firm also has offices in London, Cambridge and Peterborough.

Romy Silvers, Commercial Property Director at Gladman Developments said: ‘We believe it’s sensible to work together to make the most of opportunities when they arise.

"Active8 Managed Technologies are committed to the area and Halifax Court has all the ingredients they require.

"When they outgrew their initial unit, we were delighted to be able to offer larger premises on the same business park."
