Plans to build hundreds of new homes in South Bristol have taken a step forward.
Housebuilder Allison Homes South West has submitted a Reserved Matters planning application to the city council for its Longmoor scheme.
The proposals, known as Centric Parc, set out detailed designs for 510 properties, including at least 30% affordable housing.

The plans also include 1,334 sqft of new community space; a village green at the southern end of the site; improved walking and cycling routes, connecting Longmoor to Ashton Vale; a children’s play area; and 'green corridors' and wetland habitats.
The submission follows a public consultation with local residents and stakeholders in Ashton Vale.
Glyn Mabey, who was appointed managing director of Allison Homes South West in June, said the proposals represented a "carefully considered vision for a sustainable new neighbourhood that delivers much-needed homes, community facilities, and green spaces for South Bristol".
“We’re delighted to have reached this important milestone for Centric Parc," he said.
“This plan reflects the feedback we’ve received from local residents and our shared ambition to create a place that supports both people and nature, while contributing to wider local priorities.”
