Representatives of some of the biggest businesses in the 海角视频 joined a breakfast event to mark the 2023 publication of the BusinessLive Top 500 Companies in the East Midlands. The event, at the Leonardo Hotel, East Midlands Airport, was 鈥 more than anything 鈥 a celebration of the achievements of 海角视频 industry during what has been an extended period of economic turmoil.
BusinessLive editor Alistair Houghton hosted the event which was sponsored by Leicester property developer and landlord Bradgate Estates along with NatWest Bank. The Top 500 list was put together by researchers from the business schools at De Montfort, Derby and Nottingham Trent universities, supported by East Midlands Chamber.
A special award was presented to Nottingham鈥檚 Boots which was once again number 1 on the list thanks to a turnover of 拢7.8 billion for the financial year to August 31, 2022. In second place was prestige car dealer group Sytner, followed by Barratt Developments, Frasers Group and Next PLC.
