Accrington-based transport firm expands into Heathrow with Ontraccs acquisition

Founded in 2015, Ontraccs provides missed-flight connection services to airlines and ground handling organisations, mainly at Heathrow airport

Transport and accommodation provider CMAC Group has acquired London-based Ontraccs - its fourth acquisition in three years.

Founded in 2015, Ontraccs provides missed-flight connection services to airlines and ground handling organisations, mainly at Heathrow airport.

CMAC said the acquisition will support “immediate” expansion into Heathrow Airport, where Ontraccs customers are.

It will welcome more than 20 new airlines to its list of partners.

CMAC Group chief executive Steve Turner said: “CMAC feels that this solution perfectly complements our existing transport and accommodation services within the sector and we look forward to our existing aviation customers benefiting from it.

“Ontraccs founder Ameer Peerally has worked incredibly hard to build a successful automated solution and we are excited to drive this forward to scale our aviation solution across the º£½ÇÊÓƵ and Europe.

“CMAC Group is committed to offering unrivalled solutions in the aviation market and we are confident acquiring Ontraccs will help us achieve this.”
