A trio of new lease deals has been signed at an office building in Solihull.

Ticketing specialist AXS Europe, which recently started providing services to NEC Group venues in the West Midlands, has taken 6,417 sq ft of space on a five-year lease at Ingenuity House.

It is a small move to the building's second floor for the company, having previously been housed in its Orega flexible facility for the past three months.

Vistry Group, which provides affordable and mixed-tenure homes, has agreed a ten-year lease for 12,486 sq ft of space on the third floor of the building for its South Central Midlands region office.

Completing the trio of lettings at the Bickenhill Lane site is Davies which has taken 7,724 sq ft also on the third floor.

The specialist professional services and technology business has agreed a five-year lease on the space.

Ingenuity House, which sits close to Birmingham Airport, comprises 114,000 sq ft of office space.

Property agency CBRE advised landlord Phoenix Life on the lettings. JLL also acted on the deals.
