A growing recruitment specialist is planning to double in size after moving into new offices in Newcastle.
Launched in 2023, Marconi Associates specialises in partnering with companies in the robotics and automation sectors, devising tailored hiring and retention strategies. Together with a team of five employees, founder Connor Farley has grown from zero revenue to over £1m in less than two years, and is now targeting stronger growth after relocating to the Cubo offices at Bank House as their base for long term expansion.
Marconi Associates is set to boost turnover by 100% this financial year, growth which is also set to trigger the creation of four new jobs this year. Cubo opened its 20,000 sqft workspace across the top two floors of Bank House in November 2023.
Cubo's offices have a 360 degree panoramic view of the city’s skyline, with large communal spaces, private areas, break-out spaces, meeting rooms and kitchens, a barista service with free beer and fizz on tap, along with a programme of free networking events.
Members at Cubo Newcastle also have shower facilities with lockers, drying rooms and towel stations, bike storage and electric bike charging points – and they also have access to Cubo’s 13 sites across the Ƶ.
