A new independent gym is to open in Birmingham city centre, becoming the second confirmed tenant of a landmark office development.
MK Health Hub has announced it will launch the new venue in 10,032 sq ft of space at Three Snowhill after agreeing a ten-year deal with landlord M&G Real Estate.
The new gym will open in January following a £1million fit out in the 17-storey building's basement where it will have its own entrance off Snow Hill Queensway.
Alongside a new gym, there will be three studios, treatment rooms and a coffee and juice lounge.

The site is the company's second venue, joining its gym in Solihull where it has 600 members.
The lease deal with MK Health Hub is the second for the new building after BT announced in January that it was planning to move up to 4,000 staff to a new consolidated West Midlands hub at the building.
BT staff are due to begin taking up space by the end of this year.
Matt Kendrick, who founded MK Health Hub in 2001, said: "We will be providing a holistic approach to fitness, health and wellbeing, which is something that is currently absent from Birmingham city centre.
"We will be a significant asset to the corporate sector.
"We'll be the first gym outside London to offer dynamic pilates, a highly popular and energetic workout, and we'll be introducing high-intensity spin classes in a contemporary and immersive studio."
Aaron Pope, director of asset management at M&G Real Estate, added: "MK's arrival will provide a world-class gym facility for our occupiers.
"Staff wellbeing is no longer a ‘nice to have' - employees expect high-quality amenities.
"The state-of-the-art facilities offered by MK Health Hub will ensure this is an office where people want to be and will promote a happy, healthy workplace."
