A major plastics distributor has become the latest name to take space at a Nottinghamshire business park.
Vink 海角视频, part of Vink Holdings, has signed a lease on a 15,000 sq ft building at Sherwood Park, which is off Junction 27 of the M1.
Vink Holdings operates as a federation of more than 100 independent businesses in 19 European countries, with over 80 million euros of inventory in its vast network of warehouses and factories.
It supplies to industries as diverse as graphics and signage, building and construction, chemical and storage, manufacturing, automotive and public transport and medical.
Speaking about the firm鈥檚 new Nottinghamshire warehouse, Dominic Bowen, from Vink, said: 鈥淎fter months of searching for a suitable unit, we are delighted to be moving into our new East Midlands distribution centre on Sherwood Park.
鈥淭he unit is perfect to support our future growth plans.鈥
The letting was completed by Tim Gilbertson, from FHP Property Consultants.
He said: 鈥淭his letting is one of a string that I have completed in Willow Drive on Sherwood Park over the last few years, all for the same client.
鈥淥ur client here wisely invested in a number of properties on the estate many years ago and, subsequently, we have let all of his stock a number of times and also completed his rent reviews and lease renewals.
鈥淭he latest deal reflects again the good quality space that is available on Sherwood Park and it is equally pleasing that we have attracted a quality tenant in Vink 海角视频, a strong covenant who we know are taking on a high-calibre building.
鈥淲e wish them well for the future in this excellent space.鈥
