Keplin Group strikes deal for new logistics space

Company expands its warehousing capacity on West Midlands business park

Keplin Group has taken additional space on Meon Vale Business Park in Stratford-upon-Avon

A logistics firm has struck a deal for new industrial space.

Keplin Group, which specialises in distribution and logistics for the e-commerce sector, has taken 75,000 sq ft of space on Meon Vale Business Park near Stratford-upon-Avon.

The group has also signed a deal with the site's owner and landlord St Modwen Logistics to extend its existing lease by five years on a neighbouring 43,000 sq ft unit which Keplin has occupied since 2019.

Meon Vale Business Park has around 900,000 sq ft of warehousing and office space and other tenants include car giant Ford and supply chain firm Unipart.

The park is part of Longbridge-based St Modwen's broader 479-acre, mixed-use Meon Vale scheme which is home to a £5 million leisure centre, community centre, retail space, 1,050 residential properties and more than 35 acres of woodland.

Keplin's chief executive Raman Mehra said: "Flexible, well-located warehouse space is vital to our business in reducing our customers' vehicular miles and delivery times and overall carbon footprint.

"Our expansion at Meon Vale and continued partnership with St Modwen will support our future growth."
