HBD director Simon Raiye said: "It's fantastic to see Setl now complete. We sought to create something special and we have certainly done that.
"While it's now commonplace to see a strong amenity offer within build-to-rent schemes, it is still very unusual to see these types of spaces within a building where homes are owned.
"We have continued to see strong interest in Setl, with sales progressing well since the show apartments opened in spring and we look forward to welcoming the first residents in the coming weeks."
It is the Sheffield-based company's first residential scheme in Birmingham.
HBD is also behind the 'Neighbourhood' project It will contain 417 apartments alongside a new square with space for independent businesses.
