Big four financial services firm EY has announced plans to relocate its Birmingham office.
The company has signed a deal for 70,000 sq ft of office space across the top three floors of Three Chamberlain Square on the Paradise estate.
It is the first office letting to be agreed for the new building which is nearing the end of construction.
The move is scheduled for next year to coincide with the end of EY's current lease in One Colmore Square where it has been for 20 years.
