Four dental practices in Birmingham have changed hands in two separate deals.
Mydentist, a provider of affordable dental care headquartered in Greater Manchester, has acquired two sites in Handsworth and a third in Great Barr in an undisclosed deal from Sandeep Kumar.
And in a separate buyout Todays Dental has bought Harborne Dental practice.
The three newly acquired practices in Birchfield Road, Dyas Road and Soho Road respectively, will offer NHS care and all current NHS patients of the practice will be able to continue seeing their regular dentist.

Staff from the trio of sites will all be offered the opportunity to retain their current roles. Mydentist already operates practices in Kings Norton and Walsall.

In an unconnected deal, Harborne Dental Practice in Birmingham has also been bought out in an undisclosed acquisition by Todays Dental.
The three-surgery, predominantly private practice was previously owned by Kirsty Robinson and was brought to market to enable her to concentrate on clinical dentistry and release the pressures of practice ownership.
Steve Williams, acquisitions director at Somerset-based Todays Dental, said: "Todays Dental is delighted to be partnering with the Harborne Dental team and excited to continue the same values and ethos already instilled within the practice.
"Kirsty's passion for her patients and her team is extremely infectious and we are so privileged to have acquired such an amazing practice."
Property agency Christie & Co led on the transaction.
