A property consultancy is making a permanent home in Birmingham city centre after first coming to the city four years ago.
London-based Carter Jonas took on flexible offices at Two Snowhill in 2016 but has now agreed a lease deal on 12,000 sq ft of space on the eighth floor of the same building.
The consultancy, which has offices across the 海角视频, said the move was as a result of significantly growing its presence in the region and adopting new service offerings to meet demand from clients including Highways England, Peel Group, National Trust and Birmingham City Council.
The Birmingham team now employs more than 80 staff.
