A business consultancy is moving to a new home in Birmingham and plans to launch an event space in a former city centre bar and restaurant.
Sedulo, which specialises in advisory services such as audit, wealth management and mergers, entered the Birmingham market when it acquired R&D tax specialists BTA Services last year.
It is currently based at the Mailbox but is set to relocate its team to a new office in Cornwall Buildings in the heart of the Colmore Business District over the summer.
It said the expansion into the 5,000 sq ft office formed part of the business' national growth strategy and would have capacity for up to 40 people in its new home.

Sedulo already has operations in Leeds, Liverpool, London and Manchester and is aiming to double in size over the next three years.
As part of the move across Birmingham, it has also announced plans to turn the former Zen Metro bar, in Cornwall Street, into a new leisure and event space.
Sedulo said it wanted to use the space to host regular networking events and its décor would be inspired by prominent Birmingham brands such as Typhoo, Lloyds Bank and Cadbury.
