New plans have been lodged for an industrial development in Birmingham which could create more than 800 jobs.
Indurent, a developer, owner and operator of industrial and logistics space, has submitted an application for the final phase of work at Indurent Park Longbridge West.
If approved, it would represent a £30 million investment to deliver more than 339,000 sq ft of modern industrial and logistics space and offices across 13 units.

Once complete, the scheme will create 590 full-time jobs, as well as 280 roles during construction and local opportunities for training and skills.
The site will be integrated with the River Rea walking and cycling routes and is on the former home of the old West Works MG Rover plant prior to the car maker's collapse in 2005.
