TXP says it plans to create 100 new jobs in the region over the next three years

Tech firm TXP has opened a new head office at Fort Dunlop in Birmingham

A tech firm has launched a new head office in Birmingham.

Technology x People, known as TXP, specialises in consulting, development and resourcing and has launched the HQ in the Fort Dunlop building in Castle Bromwich.

The move is part of the company's plan to double its payroll over the next three years by creating 100 new jobs.

It said it also planned to grow by acquiring other businesses.

Backed by Aliter Capital, TXP recently launched following the merger of two West Midlands-based businesses - digital services provider Jumar in Solihull and specialist IT resourcing firm Concept in Dudley.

Chief executive John Antunes said: "The new head office enables TXP to take the next step in our journey.
