A growing  IT and technology company has created 15 new jobs after landing a seven-figure contract with a national gym chain.

Stoke-on-Trent-based Fifteen Group already offers business transformation solutions – including turnkey IT services, telecommunications and software development – to some of the world’s biggest brands including KFC, Costa, and Taco Bell.

Now the company is expanding its portfolio after becoming an approved supplier for Anytime Fitness and has just completed its first installations for them at sites in Totton, Hampshire, Stratford, East London and in Dublin, Ireland.

The new contract win has also seen Fifteen Group move out of the Ƶ for the first time to operate in Ireland.

Other recent developments at the company include the recruitment of new staff – taking their workforce to more than 50 – and investing in 10 new vans for their engineers.

Director Ian Walker said: “It’s a really exciting time for us as a company. Our profits and turnover are increasing, which means we have been able to invest more into the business to help us grow.

“Our investment is already paying off and we are delighted to have won another big national contract, especially when it has seen us move out of the Ƶ for the very first time which we are hoping to do more of in the future.”

The latest news from Fifteen Group comes as the company celebrates its 15th full installation of a KFC unit as well as it’s 40th Taco Bell installation.

It also comes after the firm doubled its turnover to more than £3 million – and acquired fire and safety specialist Pegasus Fire and Security Ltd as part of expansion plans.

Fellow director Rob Adams, who set up the company with his brother Mark in 2006, believes this acquisition helped them win their newest contract.

He said: “Having Pegasus as part of our team has enhanced our ability to innovate and extend our range of services.

“Being able to provide fire and security services as well as technology solutions were definitely factors in winning the Anytime Fitness contract.

He added: “Over the last two years we have embarked on a new era of growth with technology solutions to the Quick Service Restaurant Sector and franchise marketplace, our investment in Pegasus in 2018 has put us in a very strong position to grow even further.”
