Technology recruitment specialists Frank Recruitment is to create more than 1,500 new jobs, including some at its Newcastle headquarters.
The fast-growing company currently employs nearly 2,000 people around the world after the opening of offices in Europe, North America, Australia and Asia in recent years.
It says it is hiring around 130 people a month and expects to increase global headcount by around 80% in the next year. Around 50-60 of those jobs will be in Newcastle with another 350 elsewhere in the 海角视频.

Most of the new jobs will be entry-level sales positions, and come as the global tech sector sees huge demand for skilled staff.

Frank Recruitment was started in Newcastle city centre in 2006 with just three employees. In 2016 it was backed by equity group TPG Growth, which has also supported Airbnb, Uber and Spotify.
The company now has 22 offices around the world though its headquarters in Newcastle’s St Nicholas Buildings remains close to where the company started.
Earlier this year the company said revenues had fallen for the first time in its history as the pandemic put the brakes on hiring in many sectors of the global economy.
But it said that forecasted growth in the tech sector, combined with growing use of technology in the outsourcing of services in the post-pandemic world, would see demand returning.
As part of its growth, the company has revealed plans for a new office in Toronto, Canada, which will open in October.
