It's a move hoped to build on Manchester's status as Europe's fastest growing tech city

Leading consultancy CRSI has announced a partnership with media, tech and creative cluster Enterprise City in a move hoped to build on Manchester's status as Europe's fastest growing tech city.

Announced today, it's hoped the deal will support all 23 members of Enterprise City's Exchange programme, a start-up and scale-up support scheme for companies hoping to become the º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s next biggest tech start-ups

CRSI, which works with high-growth businesses, will share and host a series of sessions from its portfolio of methodologies and toolkits, which have been designed specifically to accelerate the growth of early stage businesses.

CRSI will support each of the businesses by giving guidance and consultancy on topics including employee engagement, organisational design for growth, how to build and retain high performing teams, personal development, exceptional management, wellbeing at work and building a board of directors.

The programme will come online in summer, and last between six and 12 months, based at the Bonded Warehouse workspace in Manchester.

Tanya Grady, head of partnerships at Enterprise City, said: “CRSI will provide guidance on a vital part of business for early stage start-ups – their people. There is so much talk about people and culture within an early stage tech business, yet these are things which are carefully considered and nurtured rather than just happening by chance.

"Partnering with CRSI enables each of our successful Exchange businesses to receive tailored support to design and develop a high-performing team, which can be scaled as the business grows during its time in the programme and wider Enterprise City cluster.”
