On the Beach has hired a senior boss at THG's nutrition division as its new chief financial office.
Jon Wormald will join the Manchester-based group on June 30.
On the same date, current CFO Shaun Morton will succeed founder Simon Cooper as chief executive.

His promotion was first announced in December 2022. Mr Cooper will move to a new role of founder non-executive director.
Mr Morton joined the company in February 2018 and was made CFO in July 2020.
On The Beach was founded by Mr Cooper in 2004, who will remain a "significant shareholder".
Before joining THG in 2021 as deputy group chief financial office, Mr Wormald spent 11 years at the Co-op holding a number of senior roles including director of M&A, programme director and leading the group's finance department.
