A fast-growing tech company whose app lets users link multiple bank accounts to one smart card is hiring 30 people in Bristol.

Fintech firm Curve, which was founded in 2015 by serial entrepreneur Shachar Bialick and is now valued at $250million (£204million), is looking to expand its customer team in the city.

The Redcliffe-based business is looking to hire two customer squad leads, two QA and training specialists, and 26 customer experience champions.

“We’re thrilled to be able to welcome 30 new talented members to our Bristol team,” said Liam Brady, who works at Curve.

“There has never been a better time to join Curve and as the company’s reputation and user base continues to grow, now is the ideal time to rapidly enhance our customer team.

“I don’t think there is a better, more welcoming city in the world than Bristol in which to be able to do that,” he added.

Curve’s Bristol expansion follows a crowdfunding campaign in September which saw the business raise £4million in minutes and a series B funding round in July, in which the company secured $55million.

It also comes  amid a wave of new product launches on the app’s platform.
