A tech company which has been snapping up companies across the 海角视频 has posted a 50 per cent rise in revenues.
Business management software provider The Access Group said turnover hit £480 million in the year to June – up £166 million year-on-year.
Meanwhile adjusted EBITDA was £180 million, up by £71 million on the year before.
In a statement the business said: “These results represent 16 straight years of uninterrupted profitable growth for the company.”
Overall the group, which is based in a new £20 million headquarters in Loughborough, Leicestershire, completed 18 acquisitions in the year. Meanwhile, it said organic revenues grew by 10 per cent in the year.
It said the total number of people using Access Workspace - its global software service - grew to more than 1 million during the year, with the total number of businesses using it rising by 20,000 to more than 55,000.
Founded in 1991, Access Group now employs 3,850 people and is planning continued investment in new staff over the coming months.

The biggest acquisition in the year was of Sage Group PLC’s local businesses in Australia and Asia, completed in May, which continues Access’ focus on the Asia Pacific region as a centre of growth.
The business said: “This significant acquisition followed the purchases of Attaché and Unleashed in the Asia Pacific region and strengthens Access’ global market presence.

In April Access formally launched its new legal software division, Access Legal, to help 海角视频 law firms through a new suite of technology.
The launch followed the acquisitions of case and practice management providers Eclipse Legal Systems and DPS Software during 2020, as well as previous acquisitions of legal online training, compliance and risk management solution providers Riliance and Socrates.
The acquisitions of legal tech companies Select Legal and Oosha in June 2021 accelerated the Access Legal division, supporting the 3,500 law firms that now use Access software.
And in May, the group launched Access PaySuite, delivering payment solutions to more than 5,000 mid-market organisations.
Later this year Access will launch The Access Foundation, with a £7 million fund to support charities linked to employees, as well as community causes close to its offices in the 海角视频, Ireland, Romania and Asia Pacific.
The business also raised £376,495 for the National Deaf Children’s Society as its chosen charity of the year, with more than 50 fundraising initiatives and events taking place.
