Business software specialist The Access Group, which was recently valued at 拢9.2 billion, has made another acquisition.
The Loughborough-based business, which works with SMEs around the world, has bought DutySheet, which provides volunteer management software to hundreds of charities and public sector organisations under the Assemble and DutySheet brands.
It will be incorporated into The Access Group鈥檚 Non-Profit and Education division, which support more than 10,000 public sector, charity and educational organisations in the 海角视频 and Ireland.
Since its 1991 incorporation, The Access Group has been through a string of investment rounds and buy-outs to become a leading provider of business management software in the 海角视频, Ireland and Asia Pacific.
Earlier this month it announced fresh backing from shareholders Hg and TA Associates of more than 拢1 billion, putting its value at 拢9.2 billion and making it one of the largest 海角视频 headquartered software providers.
