In one of the most difficult years in living memory to be an employer or an employee, the judges of the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards honoured Invopak鈥檚 way of working as the very best in Britain.
And, confirming that being a great place to work makes you a great company to do business with, judges also made a point of highly commending Invopak in their Customer Experience and Loyalty category.
A remarkable year for the company
The awards top-off a remarkable year for Invopak in which the company won an international business award for its response to the Covid-19 crisis and opened a brand-new national HQ and depot in Manchester. Invopak also has depots in Warwickshire, Glasgow and Dublin, and runs a thriving direct-to-consumer online packaging superstore called OiPPS.
At the virtual ceremony, owner Arjen Cooper-Rolfe dedicated the awards to his team and told them they can now achieve even greater heights.
A passionate leader and an inclusive, empowering culture
The judges of the Employer of the Year Award said: 鈥淚nvopak has a passionate leader who has developed a culture based around inclusion and empowerment.
