The finalists for the 2025 ProCon Leicestershire Property and Construction Awards were in the spotlight at a showcase event held at the 2024 award-winning Phoenix Cinema and Art Centre in Leicester.

ProCon members and sponsors met the teams behind the finalist projects at the evening reception sponsored by Charles Henry & Sons.

ProCon chairman Umesh Desai said: "Every year we start the ProCon Awards cycle a little nervous over what projects have been completed and which will be entered into the various categories.

"This year, we had no reason to worry. The number of the entries was significantly high and the quality was hugely impressive.

"So it is a real achievement for all our finalists to have made it this far in what has been a very competitive 22nd annual ProCon Awards."

Gary Henry, director at the Finalist Showcase sponsor Charles Henry & Sons, added: "It is fantastic seeing all the finalists and their amazing projects.

"They are all very high quality and truly inspiring. Thanks to the ProCon Leicestershire team for bringing us all together to celebrate the talent and creativity we can all see at this event."

The 22nd ProCon Awards winners will be announced on November 13.

The ProCon Awards' overall sponsors are Salus Approved Inspectors and Unique Window Systems, with BusinessLive as media partner.
