More than 800 guests have arrived at the ICC in Birmingham tonight to celebrate the city's finest up-and-coming talent from the business and professional services community.
The 16th annual once again celebrates the city's talent across six categories alongside the Aspiring Talent prize for 16 to 24 year olds and the Inspiring Leader.
The black tie dinner is now under way ahead of the all-important awards ceremony which this year is being hosted by broadcaster and TV personality Jake Humphrey.
