Bind Media has strengthened its senior leadership team in preparation for an ambitious 2025.
The Bath-based Certified B-Corp has appointed Ryan Webb to lead the development of their Conversion Optimisation service, support their Analytics and Performance Creative solutions, and build new client partnerships.
This key appointment follows the addition of Laura Langan as Operations Director and the promotions of Helen Mulholland (People & Culture Director) and Dave Shaw (Head of Paid Media) to the leadership team in 2024.
The agency's expansion is essential in order to continue to deliver exceptional results while they meet an increasing client demand for their services.
In 2024, the agency was named Campaign's #1 Best Place to Work and Best Boutique Agency, further enhancing its reputation for workplace excellence and purpose-driven growth.

Remarkable results
Ryan Webb brings 25 years of experience in the performance digital agency space.
He exited Adapt Worldwide in 2021 following its acquisition and rebranding of Bath-based SearchStar.
Over the last three years, he has worked as a consultant while maintaining relationships with select agencies he admires, including Bind Media.
Mr Webb explained: "I've heard from some of Bind's delighted clients in the past. I've read the testimonials. I've seen them win a bunch of Drum Awards. Their client retention rate is the highest I've ever seen.
"Now I get to immerse myself in the business on a daily basis to witness for myself how their incredible team achieved this."
Strengthening offering
In his new role, Mr Webb will advance Bind Media's Conversion Optimisation offering by integrating it with strengths in tech, data, design, and performance creative.
He will also expand the agency's reach by showcasing its capabilities to attract new clients and drive sustainable growth.
He continued: "The opportunity to build on their existing Conversion Optimisation proposition - by combining it with the exceptional work they already do with Tech, Data, Design, and Performance Creative to complement all the Paid Media solutions - is enormously exciting. I can't wait to get stuck in.
"Throughout 2024, I spoke with several outstanding agencies, but Bind stood out for its focus on people and purpose.
"The investment they make in their team and the results they deliver for clients create an inspiring environment."
Forging new partnerships
In addition to his technical expertise in CRO, Mr Webb will use his extensive network to foster partnerships and address digital marketing challenges.
He said: "I want my network to think of me first when they face any digital marketing challenge.
"This role gives me the chance to combine technical skills with mentoring and business development, areas where I can add significant value."
