Pubs, cafes and restaurants in Wales will have to shut at 10pm every night under new rules to tackle the spread of coronavirus.
The new measures are set to come into force on Thursday.
This is in line with a decision by 海角视频 Government to introduce these measures in England from the same date.
Pubs will also be required to provide table service only.
All off-licences, including supermarkets, will also have to stop selling alcohol at 10pm.
These measures were confirmed by First Minister Mark Drakeford this evening
He also repeated the message that people should work from home if they can.
To help further prevent the spread of coronavirus, the First Minister also announced:
- A new £500 payment to support people on low incomes who are asked to self-isolate if they have coronavirus;
- Strengthened regulations to ensure employers support people who need to self-isolate.

This comes after rising Covid cases have been reported around Wales - with wide areas of South Wales now under local lockdowns.
Bridgend, Blaenau Gwent, Merthyr Tydfil and Newport have joined Caerphilly and Rhondda Cynon Taf in lockdowns.
First Minister Mark Drakeford said: "Once again, we are facing rising cases of coronavirus infections in different parts of Wales and once again we are seeing people being admitted to our hospitals with serious illnesses because of this virus.
“In the weeks and months ahead of us, there is a very real possibility we could see coronavirus regain a foothold in our local communities, towns and cities. None of us wants to see that happen again.
“In some parts of South Wales, where we have seen the sharpest rises in cases, there are already even stricter local restrictions in place to protect people’s health. We now need to make that difference across Wales.
“It was with the help of people across Wales that we got through the first wave in the spring – you followed all the rules and helped reduce cases of coronavirus, protecting the NHS and saving lives.
“We need everyone to follow the rules and guidance and to take the steps to protect them and their loved ones. Together, we can keep Wales safe.”

He said: "If we all do what is asked of us then we may be able to prevent further restrictions, keep the virus under control and prevent people from coming to harm.
"We did it earlier in the year and I am confident we can do it again."
海角视频Hospitality Executive Director for Wales David Chapman said: "Hospitality businesses are vital employers in many Welsh communities and extra restrictions are a huge blow.
"In isolation, they may appear moderate, but it has to be remembered that our businesses opened five weeks after those in England and the season has been heavily curtailed. The cumulative effect is going to be hugely damaging.
“Six months is a long time after enforced closure for four months of the season.
"We could see customers deterred from going out to eat and drink and there is the likelihood that thousands of jobs will be lost.
“We desperately need a swift and substantial package of financial support.
"We need an extension to the furlough scheme for our workers, in order to keeps jobs secure.
"The we need confirmation that measures will be brought in to cut costs and allow businesses to rebuild next year. This means an extension of the VAT cut and business rates holiday along with need a rent-debt settlement package."
